Implementations/Activations Specialist (a.k.a. Customer Launch Hero)

What You’ll Do (Your Day-to-Day Quest)
You’ll guide customers through their “launch sequence” and make sure everything is set for takeoff:
- Lead new customers through onboarding and activation, ensuring their platform setup is accurate and aligned to their goals
- Configure Property Vista modules, settings, and workflows using best practices and customer requirements
- Support data collection and migration so everything imports cleanly and painlessly
- Host onboarding calls, walkthroughs, and training sessions that make customers feel capable and confident
- Troubleshoot setup snags, and escalate technical concerns to the right teams when needed
- Partner closely with Customer Success and Support for a smooth “handoff” after activation
- Track customer requirements, configurations, and progress in our internal tools and CRM
- Share customer feedback with Product to help shape a better platform
- Stay sharp on PV features, settings, and shiny new releases
What We’re Looking For
You’re probably a great fit if you have:
- 2–4 years in onboarding, activations, implementations, or SaaS customer support
- Experience in PropTech or property management software (nice to have, not required)
- Strong communication skills and a talent for making technical steps feel friendly and doable
- Comfort working with data imports, templates, and system configuration
- Ability to juggle multiple onboarding projects while keeping customers happy & informed
- Proficiency with CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
- A team-first mindset and comfort in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
- A real passion for helping customers succeed (not just “like,” but care)
