What You’ll Do (Your Quest)
You’ll be the main character of our client success story. That means you’ll:
  • Be the lead point of contact for your customer accounts
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships (the real kind, not the “we should totally catch up sometime” kind)
  • Drive customer engagement with our modules and services
  • Make sure our solutions land smoothly and successfully based on each customer’s goals
  • Keep everyone in the loop on monthly/quarterly initiatives, clients and internal teams alike
  • Guide customers from onboarding to long-term success, through every stage of their journey
  • Team up with CS peers + Marketing to help clients maximize value and roll out new products wisely
  • Analyze Sales KPIs, trends, and growth to provide actionable insights
  • Partner with CS, Marketing, Sales, and Product to build strategic plans and run high-impact client campaigns

What YOU Bring to the Party
We’re looking for someone who’s got the skill and the spark:
  • 2+ years in sales, account management, or project management
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Multi-tasking superpowers and a sharp eye for details
  • A proven track record hitting quota & earning great reviews
  • Comfort collaborating across teams and leadership levels
  • Strong communication chops, verbal, written, and presentation
  • Excellent organization and follow-through
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and brings a positive vibe

Bonus Points If You’ve Got…
Not required, but we’ll do a little happy dance if you also have:
  • Experience in PropTech or SaaS
  • A reputable sales/account management training program under your belt
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and tracking account metrics
