Description

As an Account Executive at Property Vista, you will manage the full sales cycle from the initial lead experience to securing the close. As a seasoned sales professional you live for fostering meaningful relationships with our customers, both new and existing and helping them think beyond the door!

Here’s what you need to know about this opportunity:
  • Base salary with quarterly performance-based bonuses.

What you will do:
  • Increase revenue by keeping and growing clients who fit Property Vista's ideal customer profile. Be a leading voice in the engine that drives our growth.
  • Hunt for those who can benefit from our Award Winning Software, personalizing their sales experience.
  • Consistently scrutinize and improve sales processes, training programs and customer retention strategies.
  • Manage the performance and professional development of the Sales team. 
  • Attend relevant industry events, seminars and tradeshows on our behalf.
  • In partnership with Marketing, generate content to elevate our position as thought leaders in this space with your boots on the ground perspective.

What you will need to be successful:
  • Aligns with our Values of Putting the Customer at the Centre of Everything We Do.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a sales role in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Experience selling to mid market and enterprise organizations in B2B SaaS.
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Strategic thinker who is also hands-on to get results.
  • Expert in data analysis and applying it alongside qualitative and contextual inputs, while diagnosing and driving performance (i.e. segmentation/verticalization; pipe generation; pursuit; & forecasting).

Bonus points for the following:
  • Experience working within a start-up/scale-up team, ideally in PropTech or Multifamily technology or similar emerging-category business.
  • Advanced proficiency in a tech stack that includes Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Drift, Hubspot and others.
