What You’ll Do (your day-to-day hero arc)
You’ll be the bridge between “what the customer needs” and “wow, this solves everything.”
- Partner with Sales to understand customer goals and challenges, then translate those into tailored solutions that actually fit.
- Run engaging demos, webinars, and proof-of-concepts that make people say, “Wait… that’s it? That’s so easy.”
- Be the trusted technical advisor during the sales cycle handling integrations, data migration, system compatibility, and the occasional “can it do this?” curveball.
- Work closely with Implementation and Customer Success so the handoff from pre-sale to onboarding feels smooth, not like a baton toss in the dark.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with Product to help us build what people truly need.
- Stay sharp on the platform - new features, enhancements, differentiators, all of it.
- Keep an eye on PropTech trends and emerging tech so our solutions stay ahead of the pack.
What We’re Looking For (your toolkit)
We want someone who’s technical, personable, and calm in the face of “urgent” Slack messages.
You are someone who:
- Has 3+ years’ experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Pre-Sales Technical pro.
- Brags humbly about experience in SaaS, PropTech, or property management software (strong asset).
- Can explain complicated things in human language without making anyone feel silly.
- Understands APIs, integrations, and data migration (bonus, not mandatory).
- Is comfortable in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRMs.
- Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoys cross-functional teamwork.
- Loves problem-solving and seeing customers succeed (you’re basically a success enabler).
Bonus Points If You…
Not required, but we’ll absolutely high-five you for these:
- You’ve supported enterprise-level implementations or complex integrations.
- You enjoy hosting webinars/workshops and secretly love being on camera.
- You bring a consultative, story-driven approach to technical conversations.
