What you’ll be doing (aka how you’ll win)
You’ll own the sales journey end-to-end and make it feel effortless for customers.
- Run the full sales cycle from lead gen to close: discovery, demos, proposals, and the grand finale.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Become a product pro - Be able to clearly articulate how VIDA is changing the industry.
- Stay on top of what makes us different by collaborating with Product & Development.
- Deliver personalized demos that speak directly to client pains, goals, and “we need this yesterday” moments.
- Create compelling proposals that make the Property Vista value crystal clear.
- Use our sales stack like a boss: Salesforce, Gong, HubSpot for pipeline, tracking, and forecasting.
- Partner with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to ensure smooth handoffs and happy long-term partners.
You’re probably the one if you…
- Have 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally mid-market or enterprise.
- Carry a proven track record of hitting (or smashing) quota.
- Are a storyteller + solution seller who can connect needs to outcomes fast.
- Communicate clearly and confidently - written, verbal, Zoom-room, you name it.
- Are organized, strategic, and analytical, managing multiple deals without dropping balls.
- Thrive in a team environment but don’t need hand-holding to crush your targets.
- Are self-motivated, results-driven, and genuinely energized by growth goals.
Bonus points if you’ve got…
- PropTech or Multifamily SaaS experience.
- Start-up or scale-up battle scars (the good kind).
- Strong skills in Salesforce, Gong, or similar tools.
